These are Vodafone-specific shortcodes to activate/deactivate default voicemail diversions.

1211 sets standard diversions to voicemail, i.e. divert on busy, switched off and no answer.

1210 turns off all diversions, hence it also stops the display of the "active diverts" message.

So turning the annoying pop-up off also turns off your voicemail (but doesn't delete it).

No idea. I would ring Vodafone and check, but I've lost my voice.
